Software We Use

We utilize Intuit, Inc.'s QuickBooks software for all of our clients' bookkeeping needs. This allows us to provide efficient and accurate bookkeeping services for virtually any type of business. It also makes it very easy to transfer our clients information to their accountants during tax season.

Pickup/Delivery

We schedule a time that we will come to your business on a bi-weekly basis. During this time we will get all transaction data that relates to your business and give any reports that we have ready for you from the previous two weeks. Each report can be tailored to fit your business's needs. (Available for businesses located in Newport News, York Town, Williamsburg, and New Kent County.

Monthly, Quarterly & End of the Year Reports

In addition to the weekly reports that we provide to your business, we also provide you with monthly, quarterly and annual reports. This will help you get a better understanding of the financial performance of your business.

Tax Filing Season

When it comes time to file your taxes we will have everything prepped and ready to go. We will provide you or your accountant with all of the documentation needed to report your operations to Uncle Sam.

Pricing and Payment Info

Simple, Hassle Free and No Contracts

Flat Rate - Low Transaction Volume

$85.00

There is a minimum charge for small businesses that require less than 6 hrs. of work per month. This charge includes all of the services that we offer at no additional cost to you.

Hourly - High Transaction Volume

$15.00/hr

For businesses that have larger transaction volume, and therefore require more than six hours of bookkeeping services per month, we charge a rate of $15.00/hr. This price includes all of the services that we offer.

We provide simple and hassle free payment options through Square, Inc. This allows you to either pay in person or through an invoice we can send straight to your email. All payments will occur on a monthly basis and you will be provided with a detailed break-down of the time we spent performing bookkeeping services for your business. Pricing is variable, so we will only charge you the hourly rate if your business exceeds the 6 hrs./month threshold.
